What is ikitell?
"ikitell!" is your alive & well notification service operated through a smartphone alarm application.
Notifications are sent at the following times:
- When an alarm is set by the app user
- When the app user stops the alarm
- When a certain period of time has elapsed without the app user deactivating the alarm.
Various uses of "ikitell"
For Person Living Alone
Elderlys or children safety checks.
You can check the well-being of elderly family members or children living alone on a daily basis.
Safety Check for Travelers
For safety travel and study abroad.
When living alone temporarily due to a business trip, solo travel, or studying abroad, the "ikitell Monitoring Service" can be used on a monthly basis.
Survival check for Renters
Emergency or solitary death prevention.
It allows you to reassure your family waiting at home that you are safe and well during your travels.
Pricing
After completing user registration, you can try the service free of charge for 14 days.
If you wish to continue using the service after the trial period, please subscribe to a membership.
You can complete your subscription through the Monitoring Management page on our website or via the in-app payment service.
Handling of Payment Information
"ikitell" does not manage or store any credit card information or personal data.
All such information is securely managed by Stripe and Apple in high-security environments, so you can use our service with confidence.
Additionally, all communications within the "ikitell!" system are encrypted using HTTPS across all environments.

$3.00 per month + tax
If you register as a user and register a subscription from the watch over partner management page, you can use Stripe's payment service.
Subscribe from Apple
It depends on the exchange rate you use.
Please see the “In-App Purchase” information in the iOS application for details.
Apple's payment service is available for subscription registration through the “ikitell Alarm” application for iOS.

User registration
Click the “User Registration (with 7-day trial period)” button at the bottom of the page to register.
STEP2
Select App User
Select who you want to use the “ikitell Alarm” app.
If you want the app to watch over you, select “Use by yourself",
If you want to watch over another person, select “Use by someone”.

Partner registration
Register your watch over partner information.
STEP4
Install "ikitell Alarm" App
Install the “ikitell Alarm” application on your smartphone.
STEP5
login on the App
Please login to the “ikitell” system from the installed app.
After logging in is complete, you can execute survival notifications.
You can try for free for 14 days.
If you wish to continue using the service after the trial period, please register a subscription.
STEP6
Subscribe for continued use
Subscriptions can be registered through the application or the web version of the watch over partner setting page. Subscription is automatically renewed every month.
